(Senior) Operations Engineer - Charging Network (f/m/x)

Your mission IONITY is building the backbone of electric mobility in Europe. Founded by leading automotive manufacturers, we operate Europe's largest high-power charging network across 24 countries, enabling seamless long-distance travel for EV drivers. With thousands of charging points already in operation and significant expansion ahead, IONITY is evolving beyond charging infrastructure into a broader mobility, energy and digital platform. As a (Senior) Operations Engineer, you keep that network running. You're the technical backbone of our Operations team: analysing and resolving issues across chargers, backend systems and communication, steering the external partners who maintain our sites, and making sure our monitoring gives us a full picture of network health. When something goes wrong anywhere across our network, you're the person who works out why and makes sure it doesn't happen again. This is a hands-on technical role with real scope to shape how we operate at scale. As the network grows, so does the need for sharper processes, better tooling and knowledge that's shared rather than siloed, and you'll drive all three.
