The opportunity Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a client's first trade Constantly assess the funnel: identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX improvement Deeply understand the Pro customer: who they are, what they need most in their first days, how to talk to them, and what gets them excited to trade Live in the onboarding data - pinpoint the biggest friction points, where clients drop off, and the highest-leverage opportunities Design the experience to build trust at every step, guiding clients through onboarding with confidence Get clients to
