Working hand in hand with commercial leadership and reps, you'll design the workflows that keep our CRM sharp, surface the right signal at the right time, and power a highly personalized outreach machine. You'll also be the team's eyes on what's next in AI & automation, testing new ideas with beta users and pushing the ones that work into production.
