Director – International Relations and Diplomacy Programs

Your mission The Director of International Relations and Diplomacy (IRD) Programs, based at the Paris Campus, will provide academic leadership for Schiller International University’s undergraduate, graduate and online International Relations and Diplomacy programs across all campuses. The Director will be responsible for ensuring program currency and curriculum quality, faculty hiring and performance, and achieving student outcomes within the International Relations and Diplomacy discipline. In addition, the Director will provide Academic Leadership at the Paris Campus for all academic programs. The role encompasses the oversight of program design, curriculum development, course content, syllabi, course delivery, assessment and continuous improvement processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. accreditation standards, local regulatory requirements, and dual-degree and articulation agreements with various partners. The Director will work closely with academic leaders across campuses to recruit, evaluate, and support faculty teaching International Relations and Diplomacy courses, ensuring consistency in academic standards and learning outcomes throughout the institution.
