You're responsible for the quality of our collection processes and teams . You develop trainings and document processes that enable your colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality work. Based on sample insights, you analyze gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and directly translate these into optimized trainings and processes. You're the bridge between operations and quality assurance - with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement. You work internationally with teams across different markets, expanding our documentation and training materials to new European markets. Ready to join us? We'd love to see your application! Your Responsibilities: Training Design, Delivery & Quality Improvement: You develop, implement, and optimize trainings and learning paths. Through regular sample analyses conducted by the team, you identify gaps and directly translate improvements into new trainings Process documentation & expansion: You document, update, and expand our process documentation to additional European markets (such as the UK)
