In this role, you will support our Marketplace Managers in driving the success of our global Amazon and marketplace business. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating product testing and research activities, as well as managing and analysing customer reviews to uncover valuable insights. You will help transform customer feedback into actionable recommendations for our Product, Content, and Marketing teams, contributing directly to business improvements.
