You'll sit in the room with senior client stakeholders, including CMOs, and turn their challenges into operating models, workflows and commercial models (team shapes, asset rates, outcome-based structures) that we can deliver. You'll bring the commercial judgement to validate the numbers, the process thinking to design better ways of working, and the technical and channel knowledge to lead the conversation when specialists aren't there.
