As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in our user acquisition team, owning and optimizing high-performing campaigns across digital channels, including DSPs (e.g., Appier, Liftoff, Unity) , paid social and search (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, ASA). You'll put AI tools and automation to work cutting down on repetitive tasks, sharpening your insights and helping campaigns scale more efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates in creative, product and analytics to bring best-in-class growth strategies to life - with plenty of support along the way as you grow. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK. YOUR MISSION Launch, manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across one or more channels, with a focus on DSPs (e.g., AppLovin, Appier, Liftoff, Unity) and experience in other channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok, and similar platforms Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and run structured tests to drive efficiency and impact Use AI tools and automation to take repetitive tasks off your plate - from reporting to bulk campaign changes - so you can focus on strategy and results Provide actionable insights to the creative team based on ad performance and user behavior data Help spot measurement gaps and work with product, web and anal
