On-the-ground leadership: You’ll help shape team culture right on the warehouse floor — not from behind a desk. Key operational partnership: You’ll work closely with team managers as a trusted partner for onboarding, development, and floor performance. Diverse daily work: You’ll support both newcomers and existing team members across various departments, making every day different. Real ownership: People will rely on you directly for guidance, clarity, and practical support. What you’ll do Onboarding & Training: Coordinate and lead onboarding for new warehouse employees across different departments and operational processes. Coaching & Feedback: Provide regular feedback, motivate employees,
