Head of Warehouse Projects

Delivering thousands of products same-day requires an operational backbone built on advanced warehouse automation, goods-to-person (G2P) systems, and highly efficient intralogistics. The Automation department leads large-scale warehouse projects across the Group, enabling safe, high-performing, and customer-centric fulfillment operations in all our markets. As Head of Warehouse Projects , you will own the delivery execution of major CapEx implementation projects — from retrofits and G2P integrations in legacy sites to full layout rollouts for new expansion sites across Europe. You are the single point of accountability for bringing approved designs to life. Taking an signed-off operational layout, you will drive the entire program through site readiness, vendor management, budget control, and commissioning — delivering fully operational sites on time, on budget, and ready for local teams.
