Your impact As Implementation Manager, you'll own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, guiding merchants from handover through testing to go live. You'll run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, set go live dates, keep progress on track, and coordinate testing and feedback along the way. You'll work closely with colleagues across sales, product and engineering, as well as with merchants directly, keeping everyone aligned as deals move toward launch. This function is newly formed, so you'll have real influence over how the role and its processes take shape, bringing in your own experience rather than following a fixed playbook.
