Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (all genders)

Your mission As Senior Communications Manager, you will build and lead marketing and communications initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen our media visibility, and attract the right founders to Impossible Founders’ programs and formats. You will turn our brand and communications priorities into integrated campaigns and audience journeys, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination and execution while working closely with the Director on strategic direction. Own the marketing domain, including performance marketing and analytics, especially for our programs and formats: build audience journeys, funnels, and campaigns across paid, social, and content channels to drive dealflow, participation, and reach; define objectives and KPIs, use data to test and improve results, and make sure campaigns are backed by the right materials (briefs, messaging frameworks, channel plans, landing-page requirements, creative assets, measurement plans). Bring senior judgement on how events, social channels, and content marketing fit together: understanding platform/algorithm mechanics and deciding what materials and assets are needed to run an integrated, proactive marketing system. Lead media relations and PR: proactively identify story opportunities, develop pitches and press materials, prepare spokespeople, and manage relationships with journalists and PR agencies.
