Role Purpose The Neko Signature Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Signature programme. You work behind the scenes so that every booking is set up correctly, every logistical detail is handled, and the Concierge team can focus fully on delivering an exceptional member experience. You are the first to receive and triage enquiries, the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and the link between the Concierge team, clinic operations, and the member. The role suits someone highly organised and calm under pressure, who is genuinely motivated by getting the details right and can shift priorities without losing accuracy. This role runs on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. The right person sees that as part of delivering a truly exceptional Signature experience.
