(Senior) International B2B Account Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a (Senior) International B2B Account Manager , you will be responsible for developing our B2B sales strategy and driving growth in international markets. Your primary focus will be to acquire new clients through targeted sales initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to building this exciting and fast-growing business area. This position is permanent and based in Germany (Munich or remote). WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and grow our B2B customer segment by establishing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers, and by positioning our products as a preferred choice in their client and project work Develop and grow existing accounts to reach our sales targets for the respective region Lead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project close, using data and AI-supported tools to identify opportunities and optimise pipeline management Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and help establish internal processes to scale the architecture and design business Develop and implement retention and upselling initiatives for your region, while continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction Collaborate with senior leadership on key presentations and represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs YOU COME WITH 3+ years of working experience with a strong track record in business development and account manageme
