Senior Product Designer

We are on the mission to revolutionize the FinTech industry and make the credit score and financial data available and transparent for our users. We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how millions of users understand and improve their financial health across mobile and web. You'll own design end-to-end for a defined product area, from framing the right problems through research, prototyping, validation, and delivery. Our focus is on creating more value beyond the credit score, making complex financial information feel simple, useful, and trustworthy, and embedding AI into both our products and our daily work. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role with a strong research mindset. You'll speak directly with German-speaking users, work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data, contribute to our design system, and support less experienced designers through collaboration and feedback. Plan and conduct customer research, interviews and usability testing, particularly with German-speaking users. Translate qualitative research and behavioural data into clear product decisions.
