Solution Engineer - AI Engineer - Global role - Hamburg based

Tasks The primary objective of the AI Engineer is to create unique value propositions by ensuring our AI services are impactful and relevant. The AI Engineer will play a key role to upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption for the entire organization. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand our business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases. The AI Engineer is responsible for successful implementation and delivery of new AI services. At Evident, you will turn business needs into practical AI solutions for teams across finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance. You will own solutions from initial request through development and delivery, working directly with stakeholders and external partners. What you’ll do Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams. Design, build and scale AI services, including solutions using large language models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG). Deliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes. Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders
