We're looking for a Staff Brand Designer who works in the space between brand and web—someone who can hold a brand idea and build it themselves. Our marketing site is where most people meet Webflow, which makes it the primary surface of our brand rather than a place we put finished work. You'll design that experience and take it all the way into production on our own platform. The brand doesn't stop at the site, though—it shows up in campaigns, conference environments, film, and the product itself—and you'll work across those surfaces too. The border between those disciplines is disappearing in practice: a conference identity now ships as a motion system and a site in the same breath, and an announcement has to hold in a keynote and a viewport in the same week. This role also sits closest to the edge of what's newly possible, so we care most about someone who is already experimenting—putting AI and agentic tooling to real use and bringing back what holds up.
