We are on the lookout for a CRM Automation Manager to join our CRM Team.

Role overview

As a CRM Automation Manager, you’ll design and optimize automated communication journeys across the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll work across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels to create relevant and timely customer communication. You’ll use A/B testing, campaign analytics, and customer behaviour data to improve conversion and retention, identify growth opportunities, and develop new ideas for automated CRM flows.

Responsibilities

• Automation Flows: Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across the customer lifecycle, from registration to churn prevention and re
