About the role: We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to focus on expanding and retaining revenue within our existing client base. This role partners closely with our Customer Success Managers, who own day-to-day client relationships, to identify growth opportunities and manage all aspects of upsell and renewal negotiations. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue expansion by executing renewal strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth, timely process from proposal to signature. Responsibilities: Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention across SOCi’s commercial multi-location customer base.
