About the Role: Wing is looking for a Regional Flight Operations Support Manager to join our Flight Operations team. This role is based remotely in the United States . What You’ll Do: People Leadership & Development: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators. Set clear expectations, provide regular coaching and deliver actionable feedback to raise the bar for team performance.
